Terms And Conditions

Odyssey Sensory Maze has been designed to be a fun, creative and unique experience for visitors. The maze does include sound and lighting effects as well as dark spaces and illusions that may upset small children or those that do not enjoy new environments. Should a customer choose to enter the maze and make it past the first zone but doesn’t complete all zones, unfortunately refunds cannot be issued for your early departure. As a result we encourage all customers to speak with our crew prior to entry to ensure Odyssey is right for them. This is also highlighted on our visitor check-in app, maze intro speech, maze rules and video briefing played prior to entry. We encourage visitors to experience Odyssey but we want them to be sure they wish to enter and that they are aware that we cannot process refunds for an early exit. They should take this into consideration when deciding to enter the maze.

We ask that you ensure you’re entirely comfortable before entering Odyssey and understand that you are entering at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for loss of property or injury to any person.

Terms of Conditions for Online Ticket Sales

Both the Operator and any Agent (including their respective employees, agents, officers and directors) exclude, to the fullest extent possible under law, all and any liability for any loss, damage or injury (whether direct or indirect or consequential, however arising) suffered by the Guest or any person associated with the Guest in relation to the booked activity. All activities have elements of risk and all guests undertaking any Activity do so voluntarily and at their own risk. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, all warranties, representations and implied terms are also excluded. The Operator reserves all rights to cancel any Activity at its discretion for (but not limited to) any of the following reasons: a) waterway, road or weather conditions; b) lack of numbers participating in the Activity; c) unsuitability of Guest(s) due to reasons such as age, ill health, poor fitness, intoxication or any other reasons rendering a Guest unsuitable or unfit to participate in the Activity; d) any other circumstances which are beyond the reasonable control of the Operator. All Guests agree to adhere to any instructions in relation to the Activity from the Operator at all time.


Refund policy: Sorry, no change of mind refunds. In the event that a refund will be issued for your entry all refunds will incur a $5 admin fee. 

Bookings made via other third party platforms are subject to the terms and conditions and refund policy of the third party agent.
